Martin Dowson FRSA founded Liminal Design Office to help organisations through thresholds — moments when the old rules no longer fit and the new ones haven’t yet set. That’s where design earns its place. His 26-year career spans design leadership at Lloyds Banking Group, Partner at Wipro, co-founding Comotion, and interim Design Director at BT and TUI, where he led a 70-person practice through a brand refresh and AI-enabled ways of working. An RSA Fellow, he hosts the Being Liminal podcast.
