EPC General Membership Terms
EPC General Membership Terms
Last updated: July 2026
By registering for the membership (and paying the membership fee), you agree to the following:
Membership is subject to approval
Applying for General Membership does not guarantee acceptance. EPC reviews applications to ensure alignment with the nature and intent of the collective.
Membership validity
General Membership is valid for one year from the date of approval and successful payment, unless stated otherwise.
Membership fee
The General Membership fee is $99/year unless otherwise specified. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What membership may include
General Members may receive:
• Invitations to selected EPC events, gatherings, and experiences
• Announcements, updates, and calls to participate
• The EPC newsletter with insights and early updates
• Priority access to selected public formats, after Syndicate members
• Member pricing or discounts on eligible EPC paid events
• Access to partner perks and privileges, where applicable
Membership does not guarantee access to all EPC offerings
Some EPC events, programs, retreats, immersions, circles, or special formats may have limited seats, separate curation, additional fees, or specific eligibility requirements.
Separate registration may still be required
Even when a member is eligible for an EPC event or program, participation may still require separate registration, approval, or payment.
Participation in events and gatherings
EPC events are shaped through careful curation and relationships with speakers, hosts, collaborators, and partners. Members are expected to treat their registration as a commitment and contribute to the quality of the experience.
Keep the EPC team informed
If you register for an in-person or online event and can no longer attend, please inform the EPC team as early as possible. Many gatherings have limited capacity, and timely notice allows us to plan responsibly or offer the place to another member.
Be fully present
Members are encouraged to attend complete sessions wherever possible. Arriving significantly late, leaving early, or joining only briefly can affect the flow of interactive conversations. If an early departure is unavoidable, please inform the EPC team in advance.
Keep your camera on during virtual sessions
Unless there is a practical reason, members attending online gatherings are expected to keep their cameras on. Visible presence helps create a more attentive, conversational, and respectful environment for speakers and fellow participants.
Engage with the conversation
Most EPC sessions are designed as exchanges rather than one-way presentations. Members are encouraged to ask thoughtful questions, share relevant experiences, and participate in the discussion. An active collective depends on members contributing, not only observing.
Respect the people who make the gathering possible.
Many EPC speakers and collaborators participate because of relationships and goodwill built over time. Giving them your attention, presence, and engagement is an important part of respecting their contribution and sustaining these relationships.
WhatsApp group inclusion
By joining as a General Member, you agree to be added to an EPC WhatsApp group using the phone number shared by you. This group may be used for relevant updates, invitations, community communication, and participation-related information.
Communication consent
By becoming a member, you agree to receive relevant communication from EPC through email, WhatsApp, and other official EPC channels.
Respect for the community
EPC is built on thoughtful participation, mutual respect, and trust. Members are expected to engage respectfully with fellow members, speakers, hosts, collaborators, and partners at all times.
No harassment or harmful behaviour
Harassment, intimidation, disrespect, discrimination, bullying, abusive language, or behaviour that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome will not be tolerated.
Respect for differences
Members are expected to respect differences in background, discipline, level of experience, geography, opinion, and perspective.
Confidentiality and consent
Many EPC spaces are built for honest exchange. Members are expected to handle conversations and shared information with care. You must not share another member’s personal information, contact details, messages, stories, opinions, participation details, photos, screenshots, recordings, or any other private information without their clear consent.
Do not circulate private EPC information without permission
Discussions, member-only updates, WhatsApp exchanges, event conversations, and other non-public information shared inside EPC should not be reproduced, forwarded, published, or distributed outside the collective without permission from the relevant person or EPC, as applicable.
No unsolicited use of member access
Being part of EPC does not give permission to add members to other groups, mailing lists, communities, sales funnels, or promotional databases without their consent.
No spam or unsolicited promotion
Members must not misuse EPC spaces for spam, unsolicited selling, repeated self-promotion, mass outreach, or personal gain at the cost of the community experience.
WhatsApp group conduct
Members are expected to keep WhatsApp communication relevant, respectful, and non-disruptive. Excessive forwarding, irrelevant posting, unsolicited pitching, or repeated promotional activity may lead to removal from the group or further review of membership.
Photo, video, and event documentation
EPC may photograph, film, record, or otherwise document its events, gatherings, sessions, and community activities for archival, editorial, promotional, and communication purposes. By attending EPC events or participating in EPC spaces, you acknowledge that your image, voice, name, or likeness may appear in such documentation, unless you specifically request otherwise where reasonably possible.
Public acknowledgement of association with EPC
EPC may publicly acknowledge your association with the collective as a member, participant, speaker, contributor, collaborator, or attendee across its website, social media, reports, newsletters, event pages, recaps, and other official communication materials. Such acknowledgement may include your name, professional role, organisation name, city, and photographs or recordings captured in EPC contexts, unless otherwise requested by you.
Use of member information
Information shared during sign-up or participation may be used by EPC for membership administration, communication, event coordination, member acknowledgement, and improving the member experience.
Partner perks and third-party offers
Any partner benefits, offers, or privileges are subject to availability and the terms of the respective partner. EPC is not responsible for changes, withdrawal, or discontinuation of third-party offerings.
Benefits may evolve
EPC may add, remove, refine, or change membership benefits, formats, communication channels, and partner offerings as the collective evolves.
Right to suspend or revoke access
EPC reserves the right to remove a member from the WhatsApp group, suspend participation, or revoke membership without refund if conduct is found to harm the safety, trust, quality, or intent of the collective.
Membership is personal
Membership is intended only for the approved individual and cannot be transferred, shared, or reassigned to another person.
Right to make changes
EPC reserves the right to update these terms, membership structure, pricing, or associated benefits at its discretion. Any significant changes may be communicated through official EPC channels.
Final discretion
All decisions regarding membership approval, participation eligibility, community conduct, and related matters remain at the discretion of EPC.
