Leaders joining us
Panel: Design as a Domain
You will hear design discussed at a broader level: its role, limits, consequences, and place in the larger ecosystem.
→ Look for larger questions, not direct advice
→ Notice where leaders agree and where they differ
→ Pay attention to what assumptions are being challenged
→ Ask yourself what this changes in how you see design, your role, or the field
Debate: Empathy vs Consequence
You will hear a core design tension examined from both sides. The value will come from noticing the trade-offs and how different leaders think through them.
→ Listen to both sides fully before forming a view
→ Pay attention to trade-offs, not just strong lines
→ Notice where your own assumptions get challenged
→ Ask yourself what feels strongest, what feels unresolved, and what this leaves you rethinking
Dialogues: Design as Practice
You will join smaller-group conversations with two design leaders at a time on focused practice topics. Each Dialogue will run in short 15-minute rounds to keep the exchange close and specific.
→ Listen closely
→ Ask clear, short questions
→ Notice what feels useful in your own practice
→ Leave each round with one idea, one difference of perspective, and one question
