At EPC, apprentices work inside live initiatives alongside experienced practitioners. They begin by observing how the work comes together, then contribute to defined responsibilities and gradually take greater ownership.
The learning comes through doing the work, receiving feedback and reflecting on the decisions behind it.
Learning isn’t separated from the work.
The work is the learning.
The apprentice may encounter some of these practitioners through working sessions, programmes, reviews and conversations. These interactions arise through the work; they are not promised introductions or networking appointments.
